Driving Lesson

Moist Chocolate Cake

Bhn:
1^1/2 cwn Castor Sugar
3 biji Telur Gred A
^3/4 buku Butter
1^1/3 cwn Fresh Milk
2 cwn Tepung Gandum
^3/4 cwn Serbuk Koko
2 sudu kecil Baking Powder
1 sudu kecil Sodium Bicarbonate

Topping:
2 cwn Air
2 sudu serbuk koko
1 sudu susu pekat manis
250g gula
100g butter

--> Masak dgn api perlahan sehingga pekat

Cara:
1. Pukul gula dengan butter hingga kembang
2. Masukkan telur sebiji sebiji - pukul lagi
3. Masukkan bahan-bahan yg diayak diselang-selikan dgn susu sehingga habis
4. Masukkan adunan ke dalam acuan yang telah disapu dgn butter
5. Bakar dalam suhu 160 F selama 1 jam (atau sehingga masak)
6. Sejukkan untuk sapuan topping
