Ingredients:
Cooked Macaroni
Flour
Milk (low-fat for me & formula milk for my daughter)
Cooking Oil
1 clove of garlic - chopped & diced
3 slices of Onion - diced
Minced beef /chicken meat
Carrots
Tomato
Red pepper
Green pepper
Spring onions
Parmesan Cheese - the only cheese I had at home
Tomato Puree
Mixed Dry herbs
Method:
Chop all vegetables into small pieces.
Heat oil. Saute onion & garlic. Add beef/chicken meat. Cook until tender.
Add flour and stir.
Add the chopped vegetables, macaroni, mixed herbs and tomato puree. Lastly, add milk.
Pour into a casserole dish. Add Parmesan cheese on top of it.
Bake in a preheated oven until mixture turns slightly brown.
